Trade Show & Marketplace Schedule Exhibitor Move-In: Sunday, January 24 - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday, January 25 - 8:00 am to 11:00 am All exhibitors must be fully installed by 11:00 am on Monday, January 25, 2010.
Exhibit Hours Monday, January 25 - 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Tuesday, January 26 - 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Exhibitor Move-Out Tuesday, January 26 - 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Trade Show & Marketplace Information Booth Equipment Each 10'x 10' booth will be set with 8' high black back drape, 3' high black side dividers and a 7" x 44" one line identification sign.
Exhibit Hall Measurements Freight Door - 18' w x 14' h The ceiling at the Summit Pavilion is 25' high
Exhibit Hall Carpet The exhibit area is carpeted. To enhance the appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through Freeman. Please refer to the Carpet Brochure & Order Form (download from form menu)
Discount Price Deadline Date In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on the price sheet, we must receive your order and payment by January 8, 2010. Exhibitor packets will be sent out via e-mail by Freeman the week of October 13, 2009.
Save money by ordering cleaning services and labor in advance. All cleaning orders as well as display and rigging labor orders placed at show site will be charged an additional 30% above the advanced rate.
Registration As an Exhibitor, you will receive two full convention registrations and two additional staff registrations per booth. All delegates, including staff, are encouraged to take advantage of all educational programs, networking opportunities, and events offered throughout Convention (ticketed events require an extra fee). You may purchase additional exhibitor registrations for $50 each.

Trade Show Decorator
Our official Trade Show decorator is Freeman Decorating Company. An Exhibitor Service Manual with order forms for their services will be e-mailed to you directly from Freeman Decorating Co. prior to the Trade Show. If you do not receive this packet by December 15, please notify Willa Myrman at the WFA office.
You may order any booth services you need, including: Furnishings, Electrical, Signs / Graphics, Rental Displays, etc. They also take care of Exhibitor Shipments, Material Handling, Installation / Dismantle Supervision, and Labor for over-sized booths.
